I work at Microsoft and companies our size end up grab a lot of the sustainability headlines. Don't get me wrong I'm proud to work for a firm that puts sustainably as a priority but as large as we are, we are a tiny drop in the ocean.

How do you get that really long tail of SMEs to become more sustainable? What are their challenges? And how can they overcome them?
